Mango

The tree is vigorous, productive, of medium size, and compact with a rounded crown. The fruit is large (13 cm long, 600-750 g) and oval in shape, with a skin between light green and yellow.  It has a crimson tinge which acquires a reddish tone with maturation. The pulp is yellow-orange, sweet, without fiber, aromatic and juicy.

The fruits of this tree are large (up to 15 cm long, 600-800 g), oval, with greenish-yellow rind, generally with light pink veins.  They have an  intense yellow flesh, are without fibers, and are firm, succulent and sweet. This mango variety contains 83% water, and despite its sweet taste, it offers few calories and has sugars that the body assimilates easily.

Native to Florida / USA, the tree is large in size and has a dense crown. Fruits weigh 350-680 g, are oval, yellow and red in color,, and have a mild flavor, with little turpentine aftertaste and little fiber.

Fruits of medium to large size (up to 13 cm in length) and weighing 400- 600 g, resistant to damage in handling and transport, with thick, smooth skin and a color that ranges from red to yellow to red hot. The pulp has a firm texture, a dark yellow color, a pleasant and sweet. It is creamy on the palate and very easy to peel.

The plant is of medium size with moderate vigor and regular production. The fruits are large, 15 cm long, weighing up to 900 g, elongated and yellowish-orange in color with bright red streaks. The pulp is low in fiber, firm, and has a mild aroma. The seed is monoembryonic and of medium size (approximately 10% of the weight of the fruit). Ripening is late with few fibers.
